Lake Tahoe Turned San Francisco

Our family trip to Lake Tahoe mid-August lasted two days until it became too smokey in Tahoe from surrounding forest fires. We quickly left and ended up in San Francisco. We saw a lot in that week! It was fun, and little man did great on the airplane and throughout the trip with all of our traveling. Great memories!

Noah – six months

Little man is six months old. We love his happy, content and joyful personality.

Rolling over is now my primary mode of transportation.
I can sit up pretty well… still a little wobbly, and as soon as I see something I want, I topple over.
I am a very busy little boy. I’m always moving, wiggling and grabbing at things (the best are ears and big clumps of hair!).
I love being outside.
At my sixth month check-up I weighed 16 lbs. 15.5 oz. and measured 26.5 in. long.
This past month was still a little off in my sleep… maybe it has to do with these teeth people keep talking about. Still no sign of my first tooth.
I started eating “food” the last couple of days. It’s interesting. I’ve had apples, butternut squash, carrots, frozen bananas and avocado so far. Most of it ends up on the floor. I am having fun playing, though!
My first trip on an airplane was fun! It wasn’t uncomfortable at all-in fact the airplane is like one big white noise machine, so I took a few snoozes.
On my trip, we spent a couple of days in Lake Tahoe, but it got real smokey there because of fires, so we high-tailed it outta there. We ended up in San Francisco, and that was a lot of fun. We saw sea lions, the Golden Gate Bridge and beautiful coastlines. Mommy ate some yummy seafood.
